Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions seeks a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional/global brand-owner relationships, develop annual sales plans, and lead cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes strategic account management, cross-business opportunities, and strong customer collaboration across multiple locations, including Midland, MI.

The candidate will manage complex negotiations, use CRM tools, and drive growth while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or military degree equivalence required.
Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

Manage account portfolio - prepare and implement account plans.
Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
Develop and execute sales/marketing plan, delivering value and volume.
Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales/marketing plan.
Lead/conduct negotiations and implement price changes.
Collaborate with other function(s) stakeholders to deliver improving CX results.
Use CRM, DSR, CMT, Smart Pricing at “expert” level.
Deliver growth, including cross business opportunities.
Understand short vs long term trade offs and articulate them for win solutions.
Coach and mentor junior employees.
