Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions seeks a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional and cross-business relationships for a global brand owner in personal care. Locations include Midland, MI; Houston, TX; Collegeville, PA; Marietta, GA; or East Coast remote.

You will craft annual sales plans, leverage Dow’s portfolio, build a robust pipeline with TS&D and Marketing, and lead cross-functional teams to win opportunities and drive growth across regions.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or relevant military degree equivalence at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work eligibility is required; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio — prepare and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans, delivering value and volume.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales/marketing plans.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with other function stakeholders to improve CX results.
• Utilize CRM, DSR, CMT, and Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth including cross-business opportunities.
• Articulate short- and long-term trade-offs for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
