Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional/global brand-owner relationships focused on personal care. Locations include Midland, MI; Houston, TX; Collegeville, PA; Marietta, GA; and East Coast options.

You will develop and deliver annual sales plans, leverage Dow’s portfolio, and collaborate with TS&D and Marketing to build a robust pipeline while leading cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military degree equivalence at/above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• Must be able to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio – prepare and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans delivering value and volume.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape plans.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with other functions to improve CX results.
• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, and Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth, including cross-business opportunities.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
