Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional and cross-business accounts for a key global brand owner relationship in personal care. The role may involve global negotiations and projects while coordinating with TS&D and Marketing to build a strong pipeline and cross-functional teams.

You will manage multiple stakeholders, develop annual sales plans, and drive growth across locations including Midland, MI; Houston, TX; Collegeville, PA; Marietta, GA; and East

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military equivalence is required at or above a U.S. E5/Canada rank.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• Must be able to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship is provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans to deliver value and volume.
• Collect market intelligence to shape plans.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with other functions to improve CX results.
• Utilize CRM, DSR, CMT, and Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth including cross-business opportunities.
• Articulate short- and long-term trade-offs for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
