Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to lead regional and cross‑business accounts for a key global brand owner in personal care. You will craft annual sales plans, collaborate with TS&D and Marketing to build a robust pipeline, and drive negotiations and pricing strategies.

You will manage multiple stakeholders, mentor junior staff, and use CRM tools to deliver growth and improved customer experiences across locations including Houston, TX, Midland, MI, and others.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military equivalent required.
• Minimum seven years of relevant experience.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional and cross‑business accounts for a global brand owner in personal care.
• Develop and deliver annual sales plans and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead cross‑functional teams with TS&D and Marketing to build a strong pipeline.
• Coordinate negotiations and implement price changes.
• Utilize CRM, DSR, CMT and Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Mentor junior employees and drive customer relationships.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve customer experience and CX results.
• Balance short‑term gains with long‑term strategic trade‑offs.
