Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions seeks a Senior Customer Manager to lead regional/global brand-owner relationships. You will develop sales plans, understand Dow’s portfolio, uncover opportunities, and collaborate with TS&D and Marketing to build a strong pipeline.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams and manage various stakeholders. The role is regional with potential global negotiations, and locations include Midland MI, Houston TX, Collegeville PA, Marietta GA, or remote East Coast.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military degree equivalent at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio—prepare and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans delivering value and volume.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape plans.
• Lead negotiations and price changes.
• Collaborate with other function stakeholders to improve CX.
