Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional and cross-business relationships for a global brand owner in personal care. You will develop and execute annual sales plans, leverage Dow’s portfolio, and collaborate with TS&D and Marketing to build a robust pipeline of technical and commercial opportunities.

The role involves managing multiple stakeholders, leading cross-functional teams, and may include select global negotiations or projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military degree equivalence at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio—prepare and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plan delivering value and volume.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape plans.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with other functions to improve CX results.
• Deliver growth including cross-business opportunities.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
