Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions seeks a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional and cross-business relationships for a key global brand owner in personal care. You will develop and deliver annual sales plans, leverage Dow’s portfolio, and collaborate with TS&D and Marketing to build a robust pipeline while leading cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong account management, negotiations, market insight, and the ability to drive growth across multiple locations, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military degree equivalence at or above U.S. E5/Canadian PO2 or Sergeant.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience.
• US work authorization is required; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio and develop/implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships across regions.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans to deliver value and volume.
• Collect market intelligence to shape the plan and opportunities.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with functions to improve CX results.
• Utilize CRM/DSR/CMT/Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Drive growth across cross-business opportunities.
• Articulate short vs long-term trade-offs for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
