The role requires managing multiple direct accounts, building annual sales plans, understanding Dow’s portfolio, and collaborating with TS&D and Marketing to create a strong pipeline.

You will lead cross-functional teams, negotiate, and drive price changes while coordinating with various stakeholders to deliver improved customer

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or military degree equivalence at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• 7+ years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship provided.

• Manage account portfolio - prepare and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plan delivering value and volume.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales/marketing plan.
• Lead/conduct negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with other function stakeholders to improve CX results.
• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth, including cross business opportunities.
• Understand short vs long term trade offs and articulate them for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
