Job summary

Bunnell-Lammons Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Senior Geostructural Design Engineer to lead delivery of specialty geostructural services, including retaining walls, ground improvement, excavation support, slope stabilization and deep foundations.

This role involves direct client interaction, project ownership, and cross-disciplinary collaboration. The ideal candidate has 8–12 years in geotechnical/geostructural fields, a PE license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; PE license required (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
• 8–12 years in geotechnical, structural, or geostructural engineering with increasing responsibility
• OSHA 10/30 construction safety (or ability to obtain) preferred training in slope stability or deep foundation testing

Responsibilities

• Mentor junior staff on technical execution, design software, and field practices
• Act as technical lead on projects and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Lead QA/QC reviews of design calculations, drawings, and reports
