Bunnell-Lammons Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Senior Geostructural Design Engineer to lead design services for retaining walls, ground improvement, and deep foundations.

The role offers project ownership, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and direct client interaction. The ideal candidate will hold a Civil Engineering degree, a PE license (or be able to obtain within six months), and 8–12 years in geotechnical/structural/geostructural work, with strong communication skills and a proactive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s preferred
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
• 8–12 years in geotechnical, structural, or geostructural engineering with increasing responsibility
• OSHA 10/30-hour (or ability to obtain); preferred training in slope stability or deep foundations

Responsibilities

• Mentor junior staff on technical execution, design software, and field practices
• Lead technical design reviews and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders
• Act as technical lead on projects and ensure adherence to code and standards
• Support onboarding and development of a geographically distributed team
• Develop and enforce design standards and QA/QC processes
