Job summary

Bunnell-Lammons Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Senior Geostructural Design Engineer to lead design services for retaining walls, ground improvement, excavation support, slope stabilization, and deep foundations. You will own projects, interact with clients directly, and shape a specialized service line across a multidisciplinary firm.

The ideal candidate has PE licensure and 8–12 years of relevant experience, with strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; PE license required (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
• 8–12 years in geotechnical/structural/geostructural engineering with increasing responsibility.
• OSHA 10/30-hour construction safety preferred or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Mentor junior staff on technical execution, design software, and field practices.
• Act as technical lead on projects and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Lead QA/QC reviews of design calculations and drawings.
• Develop design standards and checklists for Geostructural work.
• Coordinate tasks, milestones, and resource planning with teams.
