Bunnell-Lammons Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Senior Geostructural Design Engineer to lead delivery of retaining walls, ground improvement, excavation support, slope stabilization, and deep foundations.

The role offers project ownership and cross-disciplinary collaboration within BLE’s multidisciplinary firm. The ideal candidate brings 8–12 years in geotechnical/structural/geostructural engineering, PE license, and strong communication skills to mentor staff and interact with clients on complex

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s with geotechnical/structural emphasis preferred.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
• 8 to 12 years in geotechnical, structural, or geostructural engineering with increasing responsibility.
• OSHA 10/30-hour construction safety (or ability to obtain).

Responsabilités

• Mentor junior staff on technical execution and field practices.
• Act as technical lead on projects and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Lead QA/QC reviews of design calculations, drawings, and reports.
• Develop design standards and checklists for Geostructural work.
