Job summary

Bunnell-Lammons Engineering, Inc. (BLE) is seeking a Senior Geostructural Design Engineer to lead delivery of designs for retaining walls, ground improvement, excavation support, slope stabilization, and deep foundations.

The role emphasizes client interaction, project ownership, and cross-disciplinary collaboration. Ideal candidates will have a Civil Engineering degree, PE license, 8–12 years in geotechnical/geostructural work, and proficiency in LPile, GROUP, and related software.

Qualifications

• PE licensure required or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 8–12 years in geotechnical, structural, or geostructural engineering with increasing responsibility.
• Strong communication with clients and interdisciplinary teams.
• Experience leading technical design on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Mentor staff on technical execution and design software.
• Lead technical design across geostructural projects and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Manage QA/QC reviews of calculations and drawings.
• Develop design standards and checklists for the geostructural group.
• Collaborate with BLE’s geotechnical, environmental, and civil teams.
