Job summary

Bunnell-Lammons Engineering (BLE) is seeking a Senior Geostructural Design Engineer to lead designs in retaining walls, ground improvement, excavation support, slope stability, and deep foundations. The role offers project ownership and client interaction within a multidisciplinary firm.

Ideal candidates have 8–12 years in geotechnical or geostructural disciplines, PE licensure, and a proactive, collaborative mindset to advance BLE’s specialized service line and deliver safe, cost-effective

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s preferred in geotechnical/structural areas
• PE license required or able to obtain within 6 months
• 8–12 years of geotechnical/structural/geostructural experience with increasing responsibility
• OSHA 10/30 or ability to obtain; inspection or deep foundation testing training preferred

Responsibilities

• Mentor junior staff on technical execution and design software
• Lead and coordinate projects with internal and external stakeholders
• Serve as technical lead on geostructural projects and ensure design intent
• Develop design standards, QA/QC processes, and checklists
• Support business development and proposals with technical content
