Job summary

Bunnell-Lammons Engineering (BLE) seeks a Senior Geostructural Design Engineer to lead design services for retaining walls, ground improvement, excavation support, and slope stabilization. This role offers project ownership and direct client interaction across multidisciplinary teams at BLE's locations.

The ideal candidate has a PE license, 8–12 years in relevant fields, and strong communication and leadership skills to drive complex geostructural projects to successful completion.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
PE license required (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
8–12 years in geotechnical/structural/geostructural engineering.

Responsibilities

Mentor junior staff on technical execution and design software.
Lead projects and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Represent BLE in client meetings and field visits.
Develop and enforce design standards and QA/QC.
Coordinate tasks, milestones, and proposals with cross-functional teams.
