Job summary

Bunnell-Lammons Engineering (BLE) is seeking a Senior Geostructural Design Engineer to lead design services for retaining walls, ground improvement, excavation support, and deep foundations. You will own projects, interact directly with clients, and guide a multidisciplinary team to deliver constructible geostructural solutions.

Ideal candidates have 8–12 years of geostructural experience, a PE license (or within 6 months), and proficiency with LPile, GROUP, and other design software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s with geotechnical/structural emphasis preferred
• P.E. license required or able to obtain within 6 months
• 8–12 years in geotechnical, structural, or geostructural engineering with increasing responsibility
• OSHA 10/30-hour construction safety (or ability to obtain); preferred training in slope stability or deep foundations

Responsibilities

• Mentor junior staff on technical execution and design software
• Lead technical projects and coordinate with stakeholders
• Maintain design standards and QA/QC of calculations and drawings
• Coordinate with BLE teams across geotechnical, CMT, environmental, and civil groups
• Support project planning, scoping, and proposals
