Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Food Services Technology/Management or related field; or A.A. Degree plus five to seven years of directly related experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Being part of the Company Management team to drive the overall operation and cost-effective management of multiple dining service departments
• Ensure financial goals and targets are met across facilities
• Manage all financials including planning, budgeting, analysis, and reporting
• Lead and develop a diverse team of managers and associates
• Conduct management meetings and communicate with clients and staff
• Oversee compliance with food safety, sanitation, and standards
• Drive customer satisfaction and service quality
• Hire, train, and orientate new management staff
