Job summary

Eurest is seeking a Unit Manager to oversee daily food service operations, monitor temperatures, replenishment, and maintaining clean, safe work areas. You will greet guests, receive deliveries, and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies.

You will lead and mentor staff, manage inventory, place orders, and coordinate with vendors and sales contacts on site. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of related food service management experience.
• A strong motivator, mentor and leader with management skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Log and maintain food temperatures.
• Replenish kitchenette/pantry with food, beverage, and service items according to standards.
• Keep display equipment and pantry/kitchenette area clean and free of debris at all times.
• Thoroughly service area and assist with inventory, food storage and other closeout tasks.
• Stock, clean and maintain pantry/kitchenette and equipment.
• Maintain inventory levels and place orders.
• Receiving guests and deliveries service.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment.
• Always follow safety and sanitation policy and procedures.
• Receiving packages.
• Providing access to approved vendors/Landlord.
• Greeting those that are here for scheduled test drives.
• Providing very basic information for those wanting more details on our products. Directing them to our website or connecting them with a sales contact on site.
