Job summary

Eurest in Memphis, part of Compass Group USA, is hiring a General Manager to lead client accounts in a high-standard dining program. The role focuses on budget adherence, staff leadership, guest satisfaction, and cross-department collaboration within an on-site dining operation.

The General Manager will work with chefs to plan menus, supervise purchasing, and ensure compliance with HACCP and health regulations, while driving financial performance and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive upscale food service management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and budgeting skills.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the account in accordance with the approved budget and client expectations.
• Fosters strong relationships with staff, client and guests.
• Oversees financial reporting, P&L, budgets and cash handling.
• Plans menus with chefs and ensures food quality and cost controls.
• Ensures compliance with health, safety and regulatory requirements.
