Eurest is seeking a General Manager to oversee multiple dining service departments across facilities in a given geography. You will ensure financial goals are met and lead a team of managers and associates to deliver high‑quality service.

Responsibilities include managing foodservice operations, budgeting, audits for compliance, hiring and training, and collaborating with clients. Preferred qualifications include a B.S. in Food Services Management and multi‑unit leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Requires a B.S. in Food Services Technology/Management or related field, or A.A. with related experience.
• Minimum of five years in retail operational foodservice management.
• Knowledge of food and catering trends, food cost controls and sanitation.
• P&L accountability and contract‑managed service experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operation and cost‑effective management of multiple dining service departments.
• Ensure timelines for service and client requirements are met.
• Manage financials including planning, budgeting and reporting.
• Lead and train management associates; conduct management meetings.
• Audit units for compliance with standards and regulations.
