Eurest, a member of Compass Group USA, seeks a District Manager to lead cross-functional teams across multiple accounts and territories. You will provide planning and direction to meet operations and financial goals, while maintaining client relationships and ensuring compliance with safety and QA standards.

The role requires strong leadership, contract and budget management skills, and the ability to travel extensively to serve diverse corporate sites and dining programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or five (5) years progressive experience in multi-unit food service, hospitality management, plant operations management, environmental services, laundry, or other Support Services areas in lieu of degree
• Preferred qualifications include leadership with contract/budget management, customer service excellence, people development, and strong business and financial acumen
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple districts and travel extensively

Responsabilités

• Leads, manages, and encourages a team of Resident District Managers and Directors of Dining Services to provide outstanding service
• Drives profitability, safety, engagement, and client relationships across territory
• Owns financial results and P&L for districts, with reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
• Collaborates with Sales, Retention, and Finance for proposals and full sales process
• Ensures compliance with regional, state, and local policies on meals, safety, and QA
• Champions development, performance evaluations, and succession planning
• Represents the territory at client and community events and travels extensively
