Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Food Services Technology/Management or A.A. Degree plus 5–7 years of related experience.
• Minimum of five years of retail operational foodservice management experience.

Responsibilities

• Being part of the Company Management team and responsible for overall operation and cost-effective management of multiple dining service departments.
• Ensure operation meets timelines for service and management/client timelines.
• Manage all financials including planning, budget development and analysis, and financial reporting.
• Hires, trains and orients new management associates.
