• Minimum of five years of retail operational foodservice management experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of food trends, sanitation, cost controls, marketing, and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple dining service departments to meet financial goals and service timelines.
• Direct budgeting, planning, analysis, and financial reporting.
• Hire, train, and orientate new management associates; lead management meetings.
