Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• 8–10 years upscale food service experience, incl. 6 years in a management role.
• Proven track record in budgeting, scheduling and client relations.

Responsibilities

• Participates in employee meetings, reviews and training programs.
• Manages in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• Maintains food cost while upholding quality standards.
• Establishes and maintains rapport with staff, client and guests and other departments.
• Manages financial reporting with sales and P&L, budgets and cash handling.
• Analyses financial data trends and informs planning.
• Oversees purchasing and inventory controls.
• Plans menus in consultation with chefs.
• Knowledge of HACCP controls and proper food storage.
