Job summary

Eurest, the leader in business and industry dining, is seeking a District Manager to lead a cross-functional team and manage multiple accounts within a territory. You will provide planning and direction to achieve operations and financial goals, maintain client relationships, and support communities in a dynamic environment.

As the district leader, you will own the P&L, partner with Sales, Retention and Finance on proposals, and ensure compliance with regional policies and QA requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or five (5) years progressive experience in multi-unit food service, hospitality management, plant operations management, environmental services, laundry, or other Support Services areas in lieu of degree

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops a team to provide outstanding service across multiple accounts in the territory
• Drives profitability, safety, engagement, and client satisfaction while meeting financial targets
• Owns district P&L and collaborates with leadership on reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
• Manages client relationships and maintains strong leadership presence with regional teams
• Ensures compliance with policies, QA, and audits; supports development and succession planning
• Partners with Sales, Retention, and Finance on proposals and full sales cycles
• Extends travel to cover district needs and client sites
