Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of community association and/or property management experience.
• 5 years of supervisory experience; effective in motivating and building strong teams.
• Effective coordination of multiple projects; strong time management and independent judgment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee office staff, vendors, and suppliers to attain Association goals as established by the Board of Directors.
• Draft correspondence and respond to Board policies and HOA communications.
• Direct and organize all office operations and staff schedules.
• Review insurance coverage and ensure adequacy per governing documents.
• Manage relationships with counsel and draft bid proposals for Board review.
