Job summary

Seabreeze Management Company is a full‑service property management firm seeking a General Manager to oversee the homeowner associations portfolio, lead office staff, and coordinate vendors and contractors. The role emphasizes budgeting, contract relations, and strong administrative leadership.

Minimum 5 years in community association management with supervisory experience; proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and internet tools is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of community association and/or property management experience.
• 5 years of supervisory experience; effective in motivating and building strong teams.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to coordinate multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee office staff, vendors, and suppliers to attain Association goals as established by the Board of Directors.
• Direct and organize all office operations.
• Direct the work efforts and schedules for all office staff.
• Review and approve employee timesheets and maintain personnel files.
