Job summary

Seabreeze Management Company seeks a seasoned General Manager to lead HOA operations across a diverse portfolio. You will oversee administration, budgeting, procurement, contract relations, accounting, and maintenance, aligning with the Board of Directors' guidance.

Strong leadership, communication, and analytical decision-making are essential to drive service excellence and community outcomes. Regular business hours with on-site work at our California offices; CCAM or CMCA desirable; 5+ years

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of community association and/or property management experience.
• 5 years of supervisory experience; effective in motivating and building strong teams.
• Strong internal/external customer relation skills and ability to coordinate multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee office staff, vendors, and suppliers to attain Association goals as established by the Board of Directors.
• Budgeting support and preparation of annual operating and reserve budgets.
• Procurement: maintain a vendor list and manage change orders.
• Contract Relations: draft specifications for bids and review open RFPs.
• Accounting: review monthly statements and support financial oversight.
• Maintenance: plan and schedule maintenance for common areas and amenities.
• Association Office: screen and train staff, conduct performance appraisals.
• Availability to attend Board meetings after hours as necessary.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Bachelor’s degree preferred
