Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of community association and/or property management experience.
• 5 years of supervisory experience; effective in motivating and building teams.
• Strong coordination of multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee office staff, vendors, and suppliers to meet Association goals.
• Draft correspondence and manage Board of Directors communications.
• Direct and organize all office operations and staff schedules.
• Review insurance coverage and coordinate with general counsel as needed.
• Assist with annual operating and reserve budgets and monitor variances.
• Maintain vendor lists with qualified professionals across key trades.
• Review financial statements and approve invoices; support cash management.
