Job summary

Seabreeze Management Company, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead its homeowner associations and commercial properties. The role requires overseeing office operations, procurement, contracts, budgeting, and staff supervision, ensuring adherence to Board policies and high service standards.

The candidate will coordinate with attorneys, maintain healthy vendor networks, and guide financial reporting while driving best practices across all property-management processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-10 years of community association and/or property management experience, focus on large-scale properties.
• 5-10 years of supervisory experience; ability to motivate and build teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage office staff, vendors, and suppliers to achieve Association objectives.
• Direct all office operations and scheduling for efficient workflow.
• Draft and manage correspondence in line with Board policies and HOA requirements.
• Maintain insurance coverage and review policies.
• Manage relationships with general counsel and Board guidance.
• Oversee accounting processes including monthly statements and budget adherence.
• Coordinate procurement, contracts, and vendor performance.
• Plan maintenance for common areas and coordinate with committees.
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance appraisals for staff.
