Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of community association and/or property management experience.
• 5 years of supervisory experience; effective in motivating and building strong teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee office staff, vendors, and suppliers to attain Association goals as established by the Board of Directors.
• Draft and respond to correspondence per Board policies and governing documents.
• Direct and organize all office operations and staff schedules.
• Ensure adequate insurance coverage and liaise with general counsel as needed.
• Review payroll timesheets and maintain personnel files.
