Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of community association and/or property management experience.
• 5 years of supervisory experience; effective in motivating and building teams.
• Strong project management, budgeting and contract management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee association office operations and staff to meet Board goals.
• Assist with annual operating and reserve budgets in collaboration with the Board.
