Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a senior Go-To-Market leader to define and deploy GTM strategies for GenAI infrastructure and model training.

You will work with lighthouse Frontier AI builders, shape product vision for GenAI infra, and drive adoption across segments and industries. You will build scalable programs, demos, and content for external and internal evangelism, collaborating with product teams to prioritize features and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing product development and product management, including defining, launching, and optimizing product/services experience.
• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 5+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage experience.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with customers to understand AI infrastructure requirements and scaling GenAI model training.
• Define and build GTM strategies, lead cross-functional initiatives to expand markets and drive adoption.
• Develop demos and proof-of-concepts, train field teams, and support evangelism.
• Collaborate with product teams to identify opportunities and partnerships.
