Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. in Santa Clara is seeking a senior GTM leader to shape GenAI infrastructure for model training. You will partner with lighthouse Frontier AI builders and executives to accelerate adoption of AWS services, define targeted GTM plans, and develop demos and proofs-of-concepts.

You will translate customer requirements into scalable programs, collaborate with product, solutions architecture, and sales teams, and help position ML frameworks and AWS solutions across industries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing product development and product management, including defining, launching, and optimizing product and services experience.
• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 5+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage.
• Experience in partnerships management or sourcing new business.

Responsibilities

• Understand AI infrastructure requirements and scaling GenAI model training across modalities and use-cases.
• Define GTM strategies and lead cross-functional initiatives to expand markets and drive adoption.
• Create content to train field teams and collaborate with product teams on feature prioritization.
• Interact with customers, partners, and AWS teams to develop scalable solutions and architectures.
