Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. (AWS) is seeking a technical leader to define and execute go-to-market strategies for GenAI workloads.

You will work with customers, engineers, and product teams to accelerate adoption of foundation models and GenAI solutions on AWS. The role requires strong ML fundamentals, experience deploying AI at scale, and the ability to communicate with executives on GenAI opportunities and challenges.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technology domains (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering)
• 3+ years designing, implementing, or consulting in applications and infrastructures
• Experience developing, deploying and managing AI products at scale
• Experience with ML fundamentals, including architecture, training/inference lifecycles, and PyTorch or JAX
• Hands-on benchmarking and optimization of models on GPU clusters with high-speed networking
• Experience deploying and serving large language models using Kubernetes
• Hands-on understanding of deep learning and ML workflows, including MLOps
• Experience collaborating with field teams to drive adoption of ML solutions

Responsibilities

• Define GTM plans to accelerate GenAI adoption on AWS.
• Collaborate with engineering to enable GenAI workloads on AWS.
• Engage with customers including executives to articulate GenAI value and constraints.
• Develop demos, proofs of concept, and customer-centric value propositions.
• Work with account teams, researchers, and product teams to drive model implementations.
