Job summary

Accenture is seeking a hands-on Senior Engineer with deep Google Cloud Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX) expertise to lead end‑to‑end delivery of large-scale CX solutions. You will partner with senior architects and delivery teams while working directly with clients on modern GECX implementations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technology transformation with a focus on Conversational AI, CCaaS or cloud-based contact center solutions.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Contact Center technologies and AI agent building, CCaaS strategy, migration and implementation on platforms such as AWS, Google, Genesys, Avaya, NICE.
• Minimum 5 years of experience aligning technology with contact center benchmarks, quality metrics and agent scorecard.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in a highly client-facing role to deliver end-to-end delivery lifecycle of complex, global service technology solutions.
• Architect and provide technical recommendations aligning GECX offerings with client environments.
• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, policy-based routing, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses and observability.
• Design, configure and implement GECX CCaaS in client environments within their architecture and constraints.
• Collaborate with software partners to design and deliver service-focused solutions.
• Plan and estimate delivery work using Agile, including milestones, resources, scope, budget, and risk management.
• Manage on-shore and off-shore project teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Capture high-level business requirements and turn them into epics and stories.
