Job summary

Accenture seeks a hands-on Senior Engineer with deep Google Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX) expertise to drive transformation in contact centers. You will work directly with clients and support senior architects to design and implement modern GECX solutions on Google Cloud.

You will guide end-to-end delivery, collaborate with on-shore and off-shore teams, and contribute to project ideation, requirements, and epics. Travel may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technology transformation focused on Conversational AI or CCaaS.
• Minimum of 5 years in contact center technologies and AI agent building, migration and implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (12 years) or 6 years for an Associate degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy end-to-end delivery lifecycle of global, large-scale service tech solutions.
• Architect and analyze between GECX offerings and client environments.
• Design enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, routing, tools, evaluation, and observability.
• Configure and implement GECX CCaaS within client architectures and constraints.
• Collaborate with partners to deliver service-focused solutions.
• Plan and estimate delivery work with Agile, managing on- and off-shore teams.
