Qualifications

• 3+ years in technology transformation focusing on Conversational AI, CCaaS or cloud-based contact center solutions.
• 5+ years in contact center technologies and best practices, including AI agent building, CCaaS strategy, migration/implementation on platforms such as AWS, Google, Genesys, Avaya, NICE.
• 5+ years aligning technology with contact center benchmarks, quality metrics, and agent scorecards.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (12 years) minimum experience; Associate’s degree requires 6+ years experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX) aligned with architecture and business goals.
• Provide architectural recommendations and analysis between GECX offerings and client environments.
• Design enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, routing, tool invocation, evaluation, and observability.
• Configure and implement GECX CCaaS in client environments within end-to-end architectures and constraints.
• Collaborate with partners to design and deliver service-focused solutions.
• Plan and estimate delivery using Agile, managing milestones, resources, scope, budget, risk.
• Manage on-shore and offshore project teams throughout lifecycle.
• Elicit high-level business requirements and translate into epics and stories.
