Job summary

Accenture is seeking a hands-on Senior Engineer to lead and implement Google Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX) solutions and related CCaaS integrations. You will partner with clients, support senior architects, and contribute to end-to-end project execution across global delivery teams.

You will apply cloud and AI expertise to design scalable enterprise AI agents, integrate CCaaS platforms, and guide project planning with onshore and offshore resources. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technology transformation, focusing on Conversational AI, CCaaS or cloud-based contact center solutions.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Contact Center technologies and industry best practices, including AI Agent building, CCaaS strategy, migration and implementation on multiple platforms.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience aligning technology with contact center benchmarks and metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Works in a highly client-facing role to develop and deploy end-to-end delivery lifecycle of complex, global, large-scale Service technology solutions for customer channel solutions.
• Architects and provides technical recommendations and analysis between GECX offerings and client environments.
• Designs and engineers enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, policy-based routing, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses, and observability.
• Configures and implements GECX CCaaS solutions in client environments and integrates them within end-to-end architectures.
