Job summary

Accenture is seeking a hands-on Senior Engineer to advance Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX) solutions on Google Cloud. You will work closely with clients and senior architects to design and implement modern GECX deployments, focusing on end-to-end project execution.

You will contribute to architecture, AI agent design, and CCaaS integrations while guiding on‑shore and off‑shore delivery teams in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in technology transformation with focus on Conversational AI or CCaaS.
Minimum 5 years with contact center technologies and AI agent building.
Experience aligning tech with contact center benchmarks and metrics.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years).

Responsibilities

Develop and deploy end-to-end delivery lifecycle for global service tech solutions.
Architect and analyze GECX offerings against client environments.
Design enterprise‑ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, and routing.
Configure and integrate GECX CCaaS in client architectures.
Plan, estimate, and manage on‑shore and off‑shore delivery work.
