Job summary

Accenture is a premier Google Cloud partner delivering Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX) solutions, including Voice AI, BigQuery, Looker, Vertex AI, and Gemini models. We seek a hands-on Senior Engineer with deep GECX/GCP expertise to support delivery teams, engage with clients, and shape end-to-end project execution across global programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technology transformation, focusing on Conversational AI/CCaaS or cloud-based contact center solutions.
• 5+ years of experience with contact center technologies, including AI agent building and migration/implementation across platforms (AWS, Google, Genesys, Avaya, NICE).
• 5+ years of experience aligning technology with contact center benchmarks, quality metrics, agent scorecards, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; if an Associate’s degree, 6+ years work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy end-to-end delivery lifecycle of complex, global service technology solutions for customer channel solutions.
• Architect and provide technical recommendations linking GECX products to client environments.
• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, routing, tool invocation, evaluation, and observability lifecycles.
• Configure and implement GECX CCaaS in client environments within their architecture and constraints.
• Collaborate with software partners to deliver service-focused solutions.
• Plan and estimate delivery work with Agile, manage milestones, resources, scope, budget, risk.
• Manage on-site and offshore project teams through the lifecycle.
• Capture high-level business requirements and translate them into epics and stories.
• Travel may be required (0–100%).
