Job summary

Miratech is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build enterprise-scale Workforce Management solutions, using Java with Spring Boot and React/TypeScript. You will translate complex workforce rules and high-volume data into maintainable software.

The role emphasizes designing REST APIs, event-driven services, and cloud-native deployment. Experience with CX platforms, AWS, PostgreSQL, and CI/CD is highly valued. This is a remote-friendly, globally oriented opportunity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong understanding of workforce management concepts, including forecasting, staffing, scheduling, adherence, intraday management, shrinkage, occupancy, and service level management.
• Experience with complex business rules engines, optimization logic, scheduling algorithms, or workforce planning workflows.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring technologies, particularly Spring Boot, REST services, security, and persistence.
• Solid frontend development experience with Angular or React, TypeScript, component-based design, state management, and modern testing practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement workforce planning, forecasting, scheduling, and optimization capabilities.
• Build microservices for forecasting, staffing calculations, schedule generation, shift management, adherence, exceptions, and reporting.
• Develop responsive workforce applications using TypeScript and React for planners, supervisors, and employees.
• Define and maintain OpenAPI/Swagger contracts and versioning standards.
• Integrate WFM with CX platforms, HR, payroll, and data warehouses.
