Job summary

Miratech is seeking a skilled engineer to design and implement workforce planning, forecasting, scheduling, and optimization capabilities. You will build microservices for forecasting, staffing, schedule generation, and shift management, while developing responsive applications using TypeScript and React.

Ideal candidates will have strong Java/Spring Boot experience, be comfortable with domain-driven design, and integrate WFM capabilities with CX platforms, ACD, HR, and enterprise systems.
