Miratech invites a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join the Workforce Management stream, delivering enterprise-scale solutions for forecasting, capacity planning, and scheduling in a contact center context. You will use Java and Spring Boot for back-end services, React with TypeScript for front-end workflows, and Node.js where needed for integrations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong understanding of workforce management concepts and related domains.
• Experience with complex rules engines, optimization logic, or scheduling workflows.
• Proven hands-on experience with Java and Spring technologies, REST services, security, and persistence.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement workforce planning, forecasting, scheduling, and optimization capabilities.
• Build microservices for forecasting, staffing calculations, schedule generation, and reporting.
• Develop responsive workforce applications using TypeScript and React.
• Define and maintain OpenAPI/Swagger contracts and versioning standards.
• Implement event-driven workflows for schedule changes and media events.
• Integrate WFM with CX platforms, HR systems, payroll, and data platforms.
• Model data in PostgreSQL with attention to integrity and performance.
• Containerize services and contribute to cloud-native deployment patterns.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated tests.
