Miratech seeks a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join the Workforce Management product stream, building enterprise-scale solutions for forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, real-time adherence, intraday management, and operational reporting in contact centers.

You will use Java and Spring Boot for scalable services, React with TypeScript for workforce applications, and Node.js for integrations or supporting components. Prior CX/WFM experience is a strong advantage.

Formación

• 8+ years of full-stack software development experience.
• Strong hands-on Java, Spring Boot, REST, and microservices experience.
• Strong React or TypeScript skills.
• Experience with Node.js, PostgreSQL, APIs, and event-driven architecture.
• Understanding of WFM concepts such as forecasting, staffing, scheduling, adherence, shrinkage, occupancy, and service levels.
• Experience with complex business rules, optimization, or scheduling algorithms.
• Cloud/container experience; AWS and Amazon Connect are a plus.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
• Build responsive workforce applications with React/Angular, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Design and maintain REST APIs, OpenAPI/Swagger contracts, and event-driven services.
• Integrate WFM solutions with CX platforms, ACD/routing, HR, payroll, and enterprise systems.
• Work with PostgreSQL/SQL and complex workforce data and business rules.
• Contribute to AWS/cloud, Docker, CI/CD, Jenkins, testing, and production support.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, UX, and business stakeholders.
