Miratech is seeking a Senior Full Stack Java Engineer for Workforce Management to design and develop enterprise-scale WFM solutions. You will build microservices in Java/Spring Boot, and frontend apps in React/TypeScript, integrating with CX, ACD, and HR systems.

Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and cloud deployments is expected. The role emphasizes translating complex workforce rules into maintainable software, with opportunities to influence architecture and collaborate across product, QA,

Competenze

8+ years of full-stack development experience.
Strong knowledge of workforce management concepts and domain knowledge.
Proven experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST services, security, and persistence.

Mansioni

Design and implement enterprise-scale WFM capabilities using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
Develop responsive UI with TypeScript and React for planners and operators.
Create and maintain REST APIs with OpenAPI contracts and versioning.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated tests.
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into deliverables.
