Job summary

Miratech is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join the Workforce Management product stream, building enterprise-scale solutions with Java, Spring Boot, React, and TypeScript for forecasting, scheduling, and real-time reporting in a contact center environment.

You will design microservices and REST APIs, implement event-driven workflows, and integrate WFM with CX platforms and HR systems. Strong SQL/PostgreSQL skills and cloud/containerization experience are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement workforce planning, forecasting, scheduling.
• Build microservices for forecasting, staffing, schedule generation.
• Develop responsive workforce apps using TypeScript and React.
• Define OpenAPI/Swagger contracts and versioning standards.
• Implement event-driven workflows for schedule and adherence events.
• Integrate WFM with CX platforms, HR systems, payroll, and data warehouses.
• Model data in PostgreSQL with attention to integrity and performance.
• Containerize services and contribute to cloud-native deployment patterns.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and automated tests.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into deliverables.
