Miratech Group is hiring a Senior Full Stack Java Engineer for Workforce Management. You will implement enterprise-scale forecasting, scheduling, and real-time adherence in a distributed environment using Java, Spring Boot, and React/TypeScript.

You will also design REST APIs, manage data in PostgreSQL, and contribute to cloud-native deployments. The role emphasizes strong architecture, production ownership, and collaboration across Product, Ops Research, QA, DevOps, and UX teams.

Competenze

• 8+ years in full-stack development or equivalent production ownership.
• Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST services, security, and persistence.
• Frontend experience with React or Angular, TypeScript, and modern testing practices.
• Experience integrating WFM with CX, ACD, HR, payroll, or data warehouses.

Mansioni

• Design and implement workforce planning, forecasting, and scheduling features using Java/Spring Boot and microservices.
• Develop responsive frontend workflows with TypeScript and React for planners and agents.
• Define REST APIs with OpenAPI contracts and versioning.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployments.
