Job summary

Culmen International is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to support secure, mission-ready software development for USPACOM J32 targeting and mission-planning workflows. Office on-site at the Mark Center in the NCR region, with an emphasis on secure, auditable software life cycles.

You will design and implement end-to-end solutions, integrate with government systems, and translate complex operational processes into intuitive software for operators and SMEs.

Qualifications

7+ years of professional full-stack experience delivering data-intensive apps.
Experience with targeting, fires planning, or decision-support systems in a DoD context.
Strong front-end and back-end, REST APIs, event-driven architectures, and automated testing.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and field secure software for USPACOM J32 workflows.
Develop operator-facing applications for Target-Effect Pairing (TEP).
Build backend services for workflow orchestration and decision support.
Implement RBAC and secure data handling across systems.
Produce maintainable code and clear API documentation.
